Reward yourself with a treat if you successfully assemble the individual parts. The frequency of your dog's tail wagging can be used as an indicator to determine the optimal location for the dog bed. Don't bark at your dog if he becomes reluctant to leave his bed from then on.

We regularly ship via DHL, UPS, or the freight forwarder Rhenus, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the exact delivery time. If Rhenus is handling the delivery, they will usually contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Please note that delivery is only made to the curb. Furniture is usually not carried into the apartment (although we have heard of a customer bribing a driver to do so). The shipping company cannot be held responsible for the disposal of packaging and any disposable pallets.
