Loehr L5 JAZZ Chair – Sky over Aschau (Unique Piece)

A modern interpretation of the traditional, decorative perforation patterns found on 19th-century bentwood chairs adorns this JAZZ chair. The sky above Aschau is depicted as a star chart on the seat. The brightness of each star determines the diameter of each hole.

The chair is simply too poetically beautiful to sell. We're not giving it up.

Design: David and Julian Loehr in collaboration with Marek Polewski, 2024

Frame: European beech or European oak, solid
Top veneers: beech or oak
Gliders: high-tech plastic, wool felt

Dimensions (in cm): Height 75.0, Width 59.8, Depth 58.8

Production: Handmade by a furniture carpentry workshop in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

We regularly ship via DHL, UPS, or the freight forwarder Rhenus, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the exact delivery time. If Rhenus is handling the delivery, they will usually contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Please note that delivery is only made to the curb. Furniture is usually not carried into the apartment (although we have heard of a customer bribing a driver to do so). The shipping company cannot be held responsible for the disposal of packaging and any disposable pallets.
